Country Land and Homes is a family-owned Sales Center run by Jimmy and Carol Jones. With over 50 years of industry experience, Jimmy began his journey in 1967, working alongside his father in various mobile home businesses. Over the years, he mastered every aspect from setup and delivery to sales and service. In 2001, he established Magnolia Home Center, which eventually merged with his real estate venture to become Country Land and Homes in 2012. Today, we offer unparalleled expertise and service, spanning generations and regions.
